What's your return policy?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a replacement or full merchandise refund. Return the products to: Golden Walnut, 3200 16th St., Zion, IL 60099. Please include your packing slip explaining why you are returning the item and if you want a refund or a replacement (shipping charges are refunded for damaged or defective items only).

How can I get more information on a product?

Do you charge sales tax?
Only packages delivered within Illinois are taxable.

How do I order online?
Anything you see on our website with a price can be ordered on line. Just fill in the quantity that you want in the "quantity" box. Then click on the "order" button. The desired item will be placed in your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, click on the "checkout" button, and follow the directions. You will need to give us your name, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information. We handle the rest!

How do I pay?
When ordering on-line, you must pay with a credit card or if you have pre-approved payment terms established with Golden Walnut you can pay with a PO number. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order. Checks or money orders are accepted for mail orders.

I am a wholesale customer and am interested in establishing terms, how do I do this?
Please contact us at 800-843-3645 to request an application for credit. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing depending on the promptness of your references.

How is my package shipped/When will I get it?
We ship most orders by the next business day. Our computer system determines the best way to ship each and every order. We use UPS or the postal service for standard shipping, and FedEx for rush deliveries. If you require rush delivery please contact our office directly via the phone for immediate service (800-445-3957 for consumers, 800-843-3645 for wholesale customers).

How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please call our customer service department (800-445-3957 for consumers, 800-843-3645 for wholesale customers), Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). If we can't stop your order before it leaves the warehouse, it can be refused at your door if delivered by UPS, or returned to our warehouse for a full refund.
