Spurgeon Buckley developed his now-famous "Buckley's Original English Toffee" in his kitchen many years ago. Not to be outdone, his daughter Beverly went to work. Her specialty was fine baking.
The result is the Thimble Cookie . . . made only in small batches in the true tradition of southern cooking. Combining a secret process with only the finest ingredients, this wonderful bite-size taste sensation became her trademark treat.
